Mr. Wei (Wayne) Hu joined JunHe in 2013 and specialises in PRC labor and employment law.
Mr. Hu provides advice on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious labor and employment issues, including advising on daily labor law issues, developing HR agreements and policies, providing resolutions on staff transfer, settlement and layoff plans, advising on the termination of employees, and represents clients in various labor arbitrations and lawsuits.
Mr. Hu integrates with JunHe’s transactional teams, lending his expertise in complicated M&A and restructuring transactions, including participating in employment-related due diligence, developing stock incentive plans and advising on non-compete, trade secret protection and collective negotiation issues.
