Mrs. Peng joined JunHe in 2011 where she specialises in the M&A of insurance institutions, general corporate, compliance and insurance fund investments. She is experienced in asset management, project finance and M&A corporate.

Before joining JunHe, Mrs. Peng worked in the areas of M&A corporate, foreign investment, telecommunications and media. 

Mrs. Peng has been involved in many projects including real estate/infrastructure insurance claim investment plans, insurance equity investment plans, insurance funds direct investment in equity, the investment of insurance funds in blind pool special equity funds and the investment of insurance funds in special equity funds. She is experienced in the areas of the investment of insurance funds in trust plans and other outsourcing financial products, insurance asset management products, and insurance funds large account entrusted management business. Her areas of expertise include services in insurance funds for sustainable debt projects, insurance assets support plans and debt-for-equity swaps for insurance funds.

Mrs. Peng has served many domestic and foreign insurance institutional clients in mergers and acquisitions and legal and compliance and has accumulated rich project and industry experience.

Mrs. Peng also has experience in the asset management area, and has undertaken or participated in many trust plans, annuity insurance products, asset management products and the asset securitization of securities/fund subsidiaries, covering almost all mainstream asset management products in the market.
