Dr. Wang is qualified to practice before the Chinese Patent Office and the Chinese bar. He mainly focuses on patent enforcement/defense litigations (including patent invalidation administrative litigations) as well as technical secrets and computer software related disputes before the Supreme Court of the PRC and Chinese IP courts/IP tribunals.  He is also frequently involved in providing legal opinions on patent prosecution strategy, technology licensing & transaction, FTO analysis, due diligence in IPO and M&A, as well as other legal matters including SEP & FRAND licensing analysis and evaluation. His technical fields primarily relate to electronics, telecommunications, computer software, semiconductors, mechanical engineering, medical devises, materials and new energy.  He is frequently invited to give speeches in foreign and domestic forum & seminars about Chines IP practices.  He was acting as an independent director of a Chinese listed company for 6 years.
