JunHe is pleased to announce that FENG, Minghao (Gordon) has joined the firm as partner based in the firm’s Shanghai office since January 23, 2015.
Mr. Feng has been practicing law for over fifteen years. Before joining the firm, he was of counsel of Paul Hastings LLP and led its employment law practice in China. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he worked as in-house counsel for Eastman Kodak. He also practiced in a leading law firm in Shanghai for more than five years.
Mr. Feng represents employers in a broad range of employment matters, including employment due diligence, regulatory compliance, contract formation, hiring, development of handbooks and policies, wage-and-hour compliance, mass layoffs, and terminations. He conducts investigations of harassment, discrimination and other complaints, coordinates IP protection actions, and advises on union issues.
Mr. Feng is admitted to the State Bar of New York and passed PRC bar exam in 1999. His working language includes Chinese and English.
