We sincerely welcome attorney WANG, Weiwei to our Hong Kong office. Attorney Wang specializes in private equity/venture investment, offshore investment and in the establishment of investment funds.
Attorney Wang studied at renowned colleges and universities in Hong Kong and Macao and obtained a Bachelor of Laws at Macau University of Science and Technology and a Master of Laws at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before joining JunHe’s Hong Kong office, attorney Wang worked in two leading offshore law firms for eight years.
Attorney WANG, Weiwei specializes in investment funds and private equity investment and has raised and established several US dollar funds for fund clients and asset management companies both home and abroad in the investment fund business. These include offshore PE/VCs, hedge funds, real property funds and merger and acquisition funds, and in such forms as corporate funds, umbrella funds and limited partnership funds. In private equity investment business, attorney Wang has represented many international and domestic private equity funds, hedge funds, securities companies, and asset management companies in their design and establishment of funds and asset management products and has also represented a large number of investment funds, asset management institutions and new economic companies in many private equity/risk investment projects.
Attorney WANG, Weiwei’s joining will further strengthen and enhance the talent of JunHe’s Hong Kong office, particularly in the areas of investment funds and private equity, as well as overseas investment fields.
