JunHe Assists Zhejiang Biyi Electric in Issuing A-Shares

On April 25, 2026, Zhejiang Biyi Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation Biyi Shares, stock code 603215) disclosed their 2024 Annual Report on the Issuance of A-Shares to Specific Targets. The company issued A-shares to specific targets and listed them on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The total funds raised from this issuance was RMB 482,474,885.74. These funds will be used for the construction of the China-Italy Industrial Park Smart Kitchen Appliance Construction Project (Phase II). This issuance will help the issuer enhance its core competitiveness, assist in the expansion and upgrading of the company's products and promote the development of industry technology.


Biyi Shares is a high-tech enterprise focused on the design, manufacturing and sales of small cooking appliances for the kitchen, such as air fryers, air ovens, deep fryers and grills.
