On November 19, 2025, JunHe assisted China Nuclear Power Engineering (CGN Engineering) and its subsidiary, China Nuclear Power Design (Shenzhen), in successfully passing the compliance management system certification audit conducted by the China Quality Certification Centre. The companies received dual certification certificates for the international and domestic standards of ISO 37301:2021 / GB/T 35770-2022 compliance management system.
CGN Engineering is a key member of the China General Nuclear Power Group and was founded in Shenzhen in February 2004. It is China's first specialized nuclear power engineering management company. Over more than two decades, the company has become an international first-class AE (Architect Engineering) company. It has core AE capabilities centered on full industry chain safety and quality management, design leadership and system integration, intensive project cluster management, technological innovation leadership, and industry chain resource integration. The company has a '1+2+3' business structure with nuclear energy engineering as its core business. ISO 37301:2021 / GB/T 35770-2022 provides a comprehensive framework and implementation guide for establishing, operating, maintaining and improving a compliance management system and fostering a positive compliance culture, based on principles of sound governance. JunHe served as the compliance advisory counsel for CGN Engineering, leading and assisting the company in establishing a compliance management system that meets the ISO 37301:2021 / GB/T 35770-2022 standards. JunHe assisted CGN Engineering in compliance advisory, internal audits, and management reviews in the certification areas of corporate governance, contract management and state-owned asset management. It also assisted in other certification areas such as financial and tax management, bidding and procurement management, safety production, environmental protection, construction management, labor employment, intellectual property, data security, anti-monopoly, anti-corruption and commercial bribery. This helped CGN Engineering obtain the ISO 37301:2021 / GB/T 35770-2022 compliance management system certification. The successful completion of the standardization work is of great significance for the company to promote the construction, implementation, and effective operation of its compliance management system.
