In 2023, ZTE Corporation (“ZTE”, stock code: A/H, 000063/763) successfully issued 70 tranches of super & short-term commercial papers (“SCPs”) (with a total amount of RMB 83 billion) at the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (the “Project”).

It assisted ZTE in issuing multiple tranches of medium-term notes, perpetual medium-term notes, SCPs (including sci-tech innovation notes) and various debt financing instruments in 2015, 2020, 2021 and 2022. It advised ZTE on its private placement of A shares in 2020 and its purchase of Sanechips’ 5G assets through a share issuance in 2021.
