On July 10, 2026, BinHua Shares (stock code: 06745) was officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and achieved a strategic layout in both the A-share and H-share capital markets. The company issued 352,126,000 H shares, raising approximately HKD 1.23 billion.
BinHua Shares was founded in 1968 and has been involved in the chemical industry for over 50 years. It mainly engages in the production and sales of chlor-alkali chemicals, C3 and C4 chemicals, and wet electronic chemicals. The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in February 2010 (stock code on the Shanghai Stock Exchange: 601678). According to the Frost & Sullivan report and based on 2025 revenue, BinHua Shares is the largest producer of trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene, and allyl chloride in China, and the second-largest producer of propylene oxide and MTBE. It is also one of the few domestic producers capable of manufacturing the electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid used in advanced semiconductor processes.
