She also has experience in other areas of business such as medical services, real estate, tourism, private education, broadcasting and television, petroleum, chemicals, agriculture, steel and other manufacturing industries.

Ms. Zhang has represented various high profile multinational companies, state-owned companies and private equity funds in their Greenfield investments, complex M&A transactions, restructurings and project finance. She is experienced in providing legal advice on various aspects including the design of transaction structures, due diligence investigation, the drafting and negotiation of complicated legal documents and issuing legal opinions.
