Mr. Wang joined JunHe in 2001. During the first two years of practice at the firm, Mr. Wang assisted multinational corporations and renowned Chinese companies in a wide range of aspects in connection with direct investment involving corporate matters, land use rights, foreign exchange, and tax and technology transfer. Since 2003, Mr. Wang has focused on PRC employment law and dispute resolution. Mr. Wang has over 15 years of experience in practicing PRC labor and employment law.
Mr. Wang has advised multinational corporations and renowned Chinese companies on a full range of issues in this field, and represents clients in labor dispute cases in major cities. Mr. Wang’s practice in PRC employment law includes advising on daily labor issues concerning legal compliance, and advising on trade union and collective training issues. He is experienced in drafting and revising employment contracts, employee handbooks, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, and also advising on labor matters in connection with mergers & acquisition, company restructures and liquidation.
