On January 6, 2020, Beijing Bayi Space LCD Technology Co., Ltd. (“Bayi Space” or the “Company”) was listed on SSE STAR Market with the stock code of 688181. JunHe acted as the attorney of the issuer. Bayi Space issued 24,118,254 new shares at an issuance price of RMB43.98 per share, and HKD 1,060.72 million was raised.
Bayi Space is the first company which successfully transforms from a New OTC Market listed company to a STAR Market listed company. It mainly engages in the R&D, production and sales of liquid crystal display materials. Its main products include TFT (Thin Film Transistor) and other hybrid liquid crystal materials, which are widely used in terminal displays such as high-definition TVs, smartphones, computers, vehicle-mounted displays and intelligent instruments.
In 2012, JunHe represented investment institutions in conducting due diligence on the Company, and had since that time started to provide various legal services for the Company, including fully participating in the listing disclosure and post-listing disclosure processes on the New OTC Market in 2014 and assisting in the Company’s successful listing on the STAR Market. Acting as the attorney of the issuer Bayi Space, JunHe provided the Company with legal services specific for IPO on STAR Market. With the long-term experience in providing the Company with assistance in daily management and operation, JunHe coordinated with the Company and other intermediaries effectively to complete the listing of the Company on the STAR Market in a short time. With JunHe’s assistance, the Company obtained the approval from the STAR Market Listing Committee in October 2019 and the registration approval from the CSRC in December 2019. At the same time, JunHe also assisted the Company in completing the disclosure and delisting processes on the New OTC Market.
