On August 6 2019, Keli Sensing Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Keli Sensing, stock code: 603662, hereinafter the “Company”) listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Company issued 29,850,114 ordinary shares at a price of RMB19.83 per share, raising approximately RMB540 million.
The Company is currently leading the development and promotion of the Internet of Things (IOT) in the weighing sector globally, and is also one of the largest manufacturing and sales enterprises of weigh cells in China. The Company is involved in research and development, and produces physical sensors, weighing instruments, electronic weighing systems, complete weighing IIOT systems and weighing all in one systems. It provides Weigh in Motion Systems, IOT systems in the field of construction machinery, IOT systems in the field of cranes and offshore machinery, IOT systems in the field of lifting appliances and other industrial IOT systems, projects, products and solutions.
