JunHe assists Keli Sensing Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. in its Initial Public Offering and Listing

On August 6 2019, Keli Sensing Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Keli Sensing, stock code: 603662, hereinafter the “Company”) listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.  The Company issued 29,850,114 ordinary shares at a price of RMB19.83 per share, raising approximately RMB540 million.


The Company is currently leading the development and promotion of the Internet of Things (IOT) in the weighing sector globally, and is also one of the largest manufacturing and sales enterprises of weigh cells in China. The Company is involved in research and development, and produces physical sensors, weighing instruments, electronic weighing systems, complete weighing IIOT systems and weighing all in one systems. It provides Weigh in Motion Systems, IOT systems in the field of construction machinery, IOT systems in the field of cranes and offshore machinery, IOT systems in the field of lifting appliances and other industrial IOT systems, projects, products and solutions.

 

As the legal counsel to the Company, JunHe has provided comprehensive and in-depth legal services since early 2011. It has assisted the Company in its restructuring, and the introduction of private equity investors. It has also assisted in the Company’s acquisition of its peer company, examination and acceptance, and its application for listing. Since the Company’s submission of the application for listing, JunHe has worked closely with other intermediaries (including Guosen Securities Co., Ltd., the sponsor, and Shu Lun Pan CPAs (Limited Liability Partnership), the auditor), and carefully verified the key issues of concern by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. JunHe has made detailed replies and maintained communications with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and has assisted the Company in successfully passing a review by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
