On January 10, 2023 the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security published their 2018-2022 Outstanding Team and Outstanding Individual awards for those working in the Beijing Judicial Administration System. JunHe was awarded the 2018-2022 Outstanding Team of the Beijing Judicial Administration System, and JunHe partner SHI, Xinyue (Henry) won the 2018-2022 Outstanding Individual. 

Since 2018, under the leadership of the municipal government and the guidance of the Ministry of Justice, the Beijing judicial administration system has promoted the construction of the city’s rule of law. During the last five years, legal professionals in Beijing have made major accomplishments in judicial administration and many teams and individuals have excelled.

JunHe is committed to the development of judicial administration by promoting full-time and party-member lawyers. The firm provides pro bono lessons to the public during promotional activities, represents clients in complex criminal and civil cases, and provides assistance in the revision of laws and regulations. JunHe has participated in the training of foreign lawyers and lawyers from west China. In recent years, JunHe’s administrative work has been recognized and awarded many times, including the 2021 National Excellent Law Firm by the Ministry of Justice, the Outstanding Party Organization of Law Firms by the Party Committee of Legal Professions in Beijing in 2019 to 2021, Demonstration Base for Standardized Party Construction in 2020 and 2021, and Beijing Excellent Law Firm by the Beijing Lawyers Association from 2015 to 2018.  

Mr. SHI, Xinyue (Henry) was named as an Outstanding Individual. He has participated in important research and policy drafting work for Beijing Municipality on many occasions. When Chinese enterprises’ overseas business was blocked by foreign countries, Mr. Shi assisted the relevant authorities to quickly respond to the sensitive legal issues and provided professional legal advice.

These honors encourage JunHe to continue their work in the Beijing Administrative system, uphold the values of integrity and innovation and build Beijing and China into a secure, stable and harmonious place ruled by law.
