On February 20, 2023, Asia Legal Business published its list of China’s Top 15 Litigators 2023, and JunHe partner LI, Qing was recognized.
Mr. LI, Qing has nearly 30 years of legal experience, with expertise in handling various types of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution cases, particularly cross-border litigation and international arbitration. Mr. Li has won many major cases for his clients, including the Bruschettini S.R.L. vs Guangdong Bencao Pharmaceutical Group’s product recall liability case, Michael Jordan's naming rights infringement case, Microsoft’s copyright infringement case and many other lawsuits and arbitration cases involving multinational companies in China. He has successfully represented and assisted many Chinese companies in handling international arbitration and overseas litigation cases. Mr. Li was also a member of the volunteer lawyers team for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.
