Sandra joined JunHe’s Shenzhen office in May 2017. She has been in practice for more than 15 years. Before joining the firm, Sandra was employed by a Fortune 500 company for more than 13 years and led its labor and employment law practice in China as senior legal counsel. Sandra has also practiced in a leading law firm in Guangdong for more than three years; her major area was corporate and employment legal issues.
During her 15 years of practice, Sandra has specialized in the area of labor and employment law. She has counseled clients on employment and HR legal matters, and the employment issues involved in complicated business transactions. She has extensive experience in stipulating and promoting employment and HR related regulations, unions and collective bargaining as well as the resolution of labor disputes, employment and HR legal matters in organizational restructures.
