Ms. Wu started her practice at JunHe’s Shenzhen office in 2017. She worked for the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for 13 years before joining the firm. Ms. Wu has ample experience in drafting rules as well as the investigation and supervision of different entities, such as listed companies, securities companies and fund management companies. She has also advised on the financial reform and innovation of the Qian Hai capital market.
