XBMA has successfully hosted its online 2020 annual round table gathering and various webinars. LI, Qi (Adam), Audrey CHEN and HE, Fang from JunHe were invited by XBMA to attend the gathering and webinars.

Oct. 20, Stakeholder Governance and the Purpose of the Corporation: Covid’s Impact on the New Paradigm: Audrey CHEN was invited to speak on behalf of JunHe about ESG developments in China and the impacts to future investment landscape, with Mr. Martin Lipton of WLRK, Prof. Colin Mayer of Oxford, Mr. Jean-Michel Darrois of DVMB and other panelists.
XBMA-The International Institute for the Study of Cross-Border Investment and M&A is a joint venture between the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, the Stern School of Business at New York University, and Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge with the purpose to promote the high-level study and analysis of cross-border mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments.
