Ms. Ye obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Wuhan University (PRC), her Master of Laws degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) and her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and has 16 years of practice experience. Prior to joining JunHe, Ms. Ye has had extensive work experience in the Hong Kong offices of leading international law firms and top-tier PRC law firms.
Ms. Ye specialises in Hong Kong capital market and M&A practice, including listing on the Main Board or GEM Board (representing the issuer or the sponsor/underwriters), compliance and regulation of listed companies, financing and M&A projects of listed companies, investment in and/or acquisition of listed companies, pre-IPO financing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate affairs. She has also provided legal advice to a number of Hong Kong listed companies on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters, including but not limited to very substantial transactions, connected transactions, acquisitions and mergers, restructuring, placings, rights issue, open offers, issue of debt securities and dealing with investigations by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the SFC. Ms. Ye has also played a key role in projects involving the acquisition of interests in listed companies, general offers or whitewash waiver applications under the Hong Kong Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs.
