Professional Experience
Ms. Tang joined Jun He Law Offices in 1995. Ms. Tang's client base includes investment banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, real estate developers and investors and international corporations. Her practice encompasses: real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, foreign direct investment, and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in representing foreign companies and investors in merger and acquisition transactions in a range of different industry sectors, including real estate, manufacture, high-tech and electronic industries. Her transactional experience includes: transaction structuring, regulatory review and compliance, drafting and negotiating transaction and financing documents. Ms. Tang has participated in the structuring, documenting and implementing of a number of landmark transactions and investment programs in mainland China and Hongkong. Ms. Tang was one of the main lawyers behind Dynasty Assets, which was awarded the Securitization Deal of the Year 2007 by the International Financial Law Review.

Ms. Tang worked at the Chicago office of KMZ Rosenman in the year of 2000, while working at KMZ Rosenman, Ms. Tang's main focus was on mergers & acquisitions as well as international investment.

Ms. Tang is a regular guest speaker on real estate and foreign direct investment law in China. She has authored articles for the business journals China Economic Review and Venture Digest. In 2006 and 2007, Ms. Tang was recognized by the Asia Law & Practice as the leading lawyer in general corporate practice.
