| □ | In October, 2011, Ms. Christine Kang has joined the firm as a partner based in the firm’s Beijing office. Before joining Jun He, Christine worked with some international law firms (Jones Day and DLA Piper) for years. From 1998 through 2005, Christine was a case administrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) Beijing headquarters. Christine’s practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) and litigation. She has over 10 years’ experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution working with international arbitration institute and leading law firms. Christine is currently a listed arbitrator on the Panel of Arbitrators of the CIETAC, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (“KLRCA”). She is also on the List of Mediators of the Mediation Center of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade/ China Chamber of International Commerce. Christine is a native Mandarin speaker, and is fluent in English and proficient in French. |
| □ | In Sept. 2011, Mr. Jasson Han rejoined the firm as a partner based in the firm’s Beijing office. Jasson was a partner of Jun He Law Offices before he left for The University College Dublin (Ireland) for LLM degree on EC Commercial Law in 1993. From 1995 to 2009, he worked in Simmons & Simmons’ London and Hong Kong offices as an associate, consultant and partner. From November 2009 to June 2011, he worked with Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP in its Beijing and Hong Kong offices, as a partner. Jasson has represented leading multi-nationals, leading Chinese state-owned enterprises as well as Chinese private companies in M&A transactions (including inbound and outbound investment and acquisition), IPOs in Hong Kong (including IPO of H shares and “red chips”) and complex commercial deals. He has extensive transactional experience in relation to industries such as energy, telecommunications, finance and consumer products manufacture and distribution. |

| □ | In August, 2011, Dr. Qiang Ma has joined Jun He as a counsel based in the firm’s Beijing office. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in Unitalen Attorneys at Law. Dr. Ma mainly focuses his practices on trademark, domain name, copyright, and unfair competition. He is specialized in the litigation and alternative resolution of disputes over complicated and difficult IP related cases, addressing trademark rights, investigation and trademark infringement, customs protection, trademark and unfair competition litigation, recognition and protection of well-known trademarks, and providing legal advices relating thereto. Dr. Ma has abundant legal service experiences in the said practice areas. His joining will improve the IP practice of the firm’s Beijing office, and strengthen the firm's legal service in trademark law. |
