On May 13, 2021, JunHe acted as the lawyer for Zhejiang Fulai New Materials Co., Ltd.’s（stock code: 605488, hereinafter “Fulai New Materials”）listing on the Main Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company issued 30 million shares at a price of RMB 20.43 per share, raising approximately RMB 612.9 million.
Fulai New Materials produces advertising inkjet printing materials including label and logo printing materials. It owns well-known brands such as Fly center, Meishen and Ou Li Digital. The company possesses a number of core technologies in polymer material polymerization, coating formulation optimization, functional structure design, product precision coating as well as multi-functional coating composite application research and development and manufacturing.
After years of development, Fulai New Materials has a diverse customer group and a leading reputation. The company has been recognized as a“Zhejiang Branded Product”and in 2015, it was named the“Best Innovation Supplier in Asia-Pacific”by Avery Dennison, which is a Fortune 500 company.
JunHe acted as the legal counsel for the issuer of the project and provided complete legal services which included the determination of the plan for the issuance, conducting legal due diligence and drafting the full range of transaction documents. JunHe’s team prepared the application materials, responded to feedback as well as handled issues related to horizontal competition, proposed solutions, and communicated and cooperated with all parties.
