At the price of US $15 per share, XPeng issued approximately 114.69 million American Depositary Shares (including over-allotment), raising approximately US $1.72 billion in total, making it the IPO project with the highest pricing and the largest aggregate financing in the IPO history of new energy vehicle companies in the world.
