On December 26th 2018, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced that the anti-dumping investigation of imported coated paper from China, EU and U.S. had been finalized. The India Paper Association filed to the anti-dumping investigation administrative of India, thinking that the imported coated paper from China, EU and U.S. that had been dumped, had caused material injury to India’s domestic industries. The Indian investigation administrative accepted the application and started investigations in January 2018. Coated paper is mainly used to print high-level magazines, advertisements and packaging for cosmetics and cigarettes.
