The leading less-than-carload logistics platform YIMIDIDA announced its completion of RMB 1.8 billion Series D Financing. JunHe, as financing legal counsel to YIMIDIDA, represented YIMIDIDA in its Series D Financing and provided whole-set legal services. The financing was led by BOYU CAPITAL, the follow-up investors were HOPU, GLP and SOURCE CODE CAPITAL, HUAXING CAPITAL acted as exclusive financial counsel to the financing. This financing set a record of single financing amount in less-than-carload logistics industry in China, which mirrored the high recognizing of value and potential from top financial investors, industry investors, market and society. Up til now, YIMIDIDA has completed 6 series of financing in 28 months continuously, the financing amount was above RMB 3 billion in total.
As a leading less-than-carload logistics platform, YIMIDIDA was founded in Shanghai in 2015, initially developed from regional partnership and alliance, now its main business is nationwide highway less-than-carload logistics network services.
